How to Order

Kay Design London specialises in custom made dresses. To design a dress that best fits your requirements, please follow the following steps.

1. Send an e-mail to sales@kaydesignlondon.com with the information listed below:
• Name
• Address
• Telephone
• Colours
• Give us details regarding the type of dress you would like. This can be a general theme, or more specific, such as a certain type of fabric or neckline you would like used. Further, we require information about your budget, as this will affect the quantity of stones and which materials are used.
2. We will ask you to take some measurements and e-mail them back to us.
3. Our designer will draw out a design and send them to you. Any alterations to the design that you require can be made. Once you have confirmed that you like the design and complete a pre-payment of 50%, we will begin making it.
4. Once the dress is complete it will be sent out to the address you provided.
